I tried to nominate Vladimir Makarov (CoD) for the Call of Duty (Video Games) fandom, but it wouldn't even let me submit my nomination with him in it because:
"The tag Vladimir Makarov (CoD) is already in the archive as a Fandom tag. (All tags have to be unique.) Try being more specific, for instance tacking on the medium or the fandom."
I thought that maybe someone else already did so, and waited a few days. But even when I expanded all the categories and searched for his name, nothing showed up.
