• The deadline is Saturday, May 10, 11:59pm Eastern Daylight time (Countdown>). If your assignment has not been submitted to AO3 by then, you will be defaulted.

• If you need to default, please do so via the button on AO3.

• For the requirements your drabble must meet, please see our guidelines. The collection is moderated and we will be doing a brief check of submitted works before admitting them into the collection. If we see an issue, we will contact you through email.

• If you write a drabble for a fandom in the tagset but it doesn't fit anyone's request, you may post it to the collection anyway, with no recipient.

Hi everyone, the collection is open again for posting!

We have a couple email queries out—if you posted your assignment but it is still not approved, this means we have contacted you. Please get back to us in the next 24 hours!

All participants who did not post their assignment by the deadline are now defaulted. As soon as we are able, we will update the comm with the post-deadline pinch hits, so keep an eye out for that.

Initial matching has been completed. We have sent out an email to those who are unmatchable—please check the email associated with your email account if your AO3 username starts with L or Y. We will give 24 hours for a response before we proceed with the rest of matching.

Signups are now closed! Here is the expected timeline for the next couple days:

• Like always, for the next 12 hours, we will be adding to people's signups upon request. This is intended for people who may have run into the character tagset bug when signing up close to the deadline, or whose nominations were approved late. However, anyone may ask to have characters added to their requests or offers. If you would like us to add to your signup, please post on the screened mod contact post or email us at seasonsofdrabbles@gmail.com. Please make sure to include your AO3 username.

• After that window has closed, we will check the matching and send out emails to anyone who is unmatchable on offers. We'll also be checking individual signups at this time in case we find any issues there; if there are, those emails will also go out sometime tomorrow. Everyone we email will be given 24 hours to respond. Hopefully there will only be one round of emails that need to be sent out.

• Barring unexpected delays, assignments will go out by Wednesday, May 10.
