Mrs Sandwich: I'd love to read anything about her day-to-day life; the administrative work of running a brothel. Or maybe something about her friendship/camaraderie with Crowley, or her budding friendship with Mrs Cheng (does it continue post-Bookshop Ball? Maybe they team up to figure out what happened at the ball and the mystery of Aziraphale and Crowley). Alternatively, something about the sense of community she feels with (or maybe isolation from) the other Whickber St traders would be cool, too.

Du Pusa: Who was she before Scorpion (was there a "before" for her)? Where does she come from, what's her real name, how did she learn her assassin skills?
Shen Shen: I love him so much and will read anything about him - his motivations and beliefs being shaken in the wake of Gao Chong's death, his quest to find Xiaolian, his self-loathing and recriminations, the potential for an awkward but sincere friendship to potentially grow between him and Wen Kexing, his relationship with Xiaolian and the comfort they might find in one another as they grieve for Gao Chong, etc. Or Shen Shen's reaction to the news of the attack on the wedding in Ghost Valley. Or maybe even his outsider POV on Wenzhou's relationship!
Gao Chong: I find his story arc utterly tragic and would love to get an insight into his life as a (presumably) single father to Xiaolian, or his mindset during the Heroes Conference, and/or his relationship with his wife/Xiaolian's mother.

Where did she come from and what was her life like before she joined Wen Ruohan's court as a serving girl for Wen Chao's wife? What was her relationship with Wen Chao's wife like?

- I particularly liked the plotlines with Ethan, Neovend, and Ankhita + Ashton. In other words, the relationships that are more fraught and antagonistic. I would love to see more of this.
- An AU where things end much differently, for better or worse. Maybe the Hunter gets the Sleeper, or Ankhita talks things out with Ashton after all, or Ethan gets exactly what he wants (and has the chance to regret it)
- In my playthrough I thought it would be absolutely sick if, when Neovend and Ankhita are both looking for a shipmind, you could imprint Neovend onto the shipmind you give to Ankhita to install into the Ambergris. I'd love to see someone do something with this idea.
