The nominations period will still be open through the signup period. So if you forget this week, you'll still have all of next week to nominate whoever you want to offer/request. :)
That said, you must write about a character your recipient requested. If they requested Any, you may write about any character from the canon they are requesting (unless they DNW that character). Otherwise, your drabble must be about one of the characters they specifically requested.
You may also write drabbles and add them to the collection without a recipient. In that case, you are welcome to write about any character from any canon in the tagset.
