If you like vampire fiction that's more on the horror side of the spectrum, I highly recommend this book. The author has also written "Between Two Fires" (Christian Medieval horror) and is a wonderful writer; the story is about creepy child vampires in the New York subways.
I won't spoil the ending except that it totally destroyed me. I was left empty. I need something more; anything more.

Would love character study or more about Martin's version of sci-fi vampires, how their bodies function, and what their society is like! Concepts like "bloodmaster" and hierarchies make me wonder what it will be like if you combine the world of Martin's vampires with omegaverse or genetic BDSM au biology? Perhaps, instead of everyone having a set gender/dynamic, their dynamic constantly changes depending on who wins when they battle?
For the most part, my taste leans toward "dark, angsty, kinky, or horror," but more cute/fluffy/humorous things with non-romantic-non-sexual relationships and cute animals are awesome too!
Julian/Joshua would be a bonus, especially with a master/slave, D/s, captor/captive, or even non/dubcon kind of dynamic.

I've always headcanonned the guest as Jonathan Harker so feel free to use that as his name, but I also wouldn't mind if you use a different name to make him *not* Jonathan.
Would love something shippy and/or gothic for this. Creepy towns, dark dreams, mysterious tombs, etc... The scene that made the most impression on me was the count warming up the guest with his body while he was in the form of a wolf.
Countess Dolingen - BACKSTORY! What happened to her at the end, and how did her suicide cause her to become this way? If you are familiar with the novel Carmilla, which predates Dracula, both the suicide lore and the fact that she's a countess from Styria are references to that book (which heavily inspired Dracula). And if you read the Dracula book, there are some theories that she's one of Dracula's brides (specifically, the blonde one who said "You yourself never loved"), or an earlier incarnation of her. But I want you to give me your take on who she is, whether she's Dracula's bride or someone unrelated to him.

Oh my gosh I love Granada Holmes so much!! It's just so iddy for me, and Holmes is so strongly portrayed as aroace in the show! I will love anything you give me here!

Here's an incomplete list of what I love so much in the show!

- how jeremy brett loves the horses and pets them
- the friendship between holmes and watson is really strong, in a compelling, platonic and tender way. aro enjoyment!!
- watson and mrs. hudson & holmes all love and accept each other so wonderfully, and kind of have a found family vibe going on
- jeremy brett is super expressive. his face is like. theater all on its own. and then also on top of that the different ways his hair and dress are done like. so good. the way they are expressions of his mood/state are just incredible. in a lot of ways he's a very embodied character.
- the period costume and set design are AMAZING. just utterly gorgeous
- the stories feel like very faithful adaptations
- canes in the show
- chronic illness and disability
- holmes (and his actor) have such strong autistic vibes i just. so good
- when the social commentary is spot on

Some of my favorite episodes are: A Scandal in Bohemia, The Speckled Band, The Empty House, The Copper Beeches, and Silver Blaze.
I love platonic, fwb, and queerplatonic Holmes and Watson (they are so iddy for me!)! I really love aroace Holmes, and a Watson who has a mutually devoted friendship with him! Happy to receive Watson at any point on the aroace spectra or allo as long as he respects Holmes' wishes and boundaries, whatever they are.
Elsie Cubitt had just! Such a rough time, and I would love to see snippets of her healing arc in a drabble or series of drabbles of creator's choice length!
Violet Smith is so poised! I'd love to see either some backstory on her or futurefic, maybe with her helping raise Sarah Carruthers still.
I'm fascinated by the sibling dynamic between Mycroft and Sherlock Holmes, the way they can deduce together! Would love to see more of them doing this.
