Hi, everyone! Now that the dust has settled on our last round, here's a feedback post.

Spring 2022:

The next round of this exchange will run in March, April, or May. Your mods are probably not up to running it in March (at least not early March), but are otherwise pretty open. If you have strong feelings one way or the other, please let us know. If you're good with anything, please let us know that as well. Ultimately, the schedule will be based on what works for us, but we will absolutely consider participant preferences as well.

We have no other specific inquiries at this time, but you're welcome to tell us what worked, what didn't, what you'd like to see changed, and so on!

I had an amazing time, the collection was brilliant, and you guys are doing great 🥰

I would personally vastly prefer next round take place mid-April or later, away from the IPQ/KLD/S4S cohort, leaving only H/C ex at the start of May (again, these are my personal plans and preference lol) so I can go nuts on treats and reading. Another small thing I was wondering about was whether you'd consider a slightly longer anon period? But ultimately, I'll probably join no matter what. 💙

No schedule preference and looking forward to to the next round whenever it lands! I had a great time with this one, thank you for the amazing work. I liked that the anon period was short as well (I liked that it wasn't a week, at least!)

April works best for me! May is convention season where I am :)

Running the winter round at the same time as Chocolate Box sadly did not work out for me, but I'm excited for the next round!

I had a wonderful time, and there was so much great stuff to read! The shorter anon period works fine for me too.

I think I'd also prefer an April date -- I don't remember what exchanges are happening in May, but there did seem to be some overlap.

And a very grateful thank-you to all the mods who worked on this and keep it running. It's probably my favourite exchange!

I think an April or May date may be great. March feels a little too soon imo. (But I'll be there with bells on regardless—this is one of my favourite exchanges.)

Is there any possibility for the next round that the mods might link to the live treatless spreadsheet if a participant runs it again? I noticed it floating around and thought it might be great for it to get some more eyes on it if it was linked on the mod comm (if we happen to have another spreadsheet for the next round).

I was the participant who made the spreadsheet this time around (it was my first try at a spreadsheet like this, so it was a bit spur of the moment). I plan on signing up again next round (the exchange was so much fun!) and would be very happy to make a spreadsheet again - if the mods want to link to it I can send them the link when the time comes!

(I'll probably also make a second version that's sorted by fandom, which might make browsing easier.)

Thoroughly enjoyed this winter round and already looking forward to the spring one, though I am glad you said March was unlikely as it wouldn't really work for me either. April would be good, or later April/early May :)
